How to pass a 2-Step challenge without blowing up

Risk small, survive long. The math of an 8% target with a 10% max drawdown rewards patience: risking 0.5–1% per trade means a losing streak of five leaves you fully in the game, while 3% risk puts you two bad days from a breach.
Respect the daily limit like a hard stop. Most failed evaluations die on a single revenge-trading afternoon. Decide your daily cut-off before the session — when it's hit, close the terminal. The challenge has no time limit; tomorrow always comes.
Trade fewer setups, bigger sample. One strategy, one or two pairs, twenty-plus trades. Evaluators aren't looking for hero trades — the consistent equity curve you need is a by-product of boring repetition.
What actually happens when you request a payout

Once your funded account has profit, you request any amount up to your available gains from the dashboard. The review team checks the trading for rule compliance — that's what the KYC step earlier was for — and approves or rejects, usually within hours.
On approval, the amount is withdrawn from the account balance and sent to your saved payout method, and a certificate lands in your dashboard. On the 2-Step program, your original challenge fee comes back with the first payout. Every second approved payout also grows your account 25% under the scaling plan, up to double the starting size.
Drawdown, explained in one coffee

Max loss is measured from your starting balance: a $50K account with a 10% limit breaches if equity touches $45K — ever. Daily loss resets each day from that day's starting equity: 5% on $50K means a $2,500 red day ends the account, even if you're up overall.
The practical takeaway: position-size from the daily limit, not the max. If your stop-loss on a trade would cost more than a third of your remaining daily allowance, the position is too big. Our in-dashboard calculator does this arithmetic for you.
