1. What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email), identity-verification details you submit for KYC, and activity generated by your use of the platform (orders, account performance, support tickets).

2. How we use it

To operate your account, process payouts, meet verification obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

3. Storage & security

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. Passwords are stored only as salted scrypt hashes — we cannot read them. Sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies. Optional two-factor authentication protects sign-ins.

4. Your rights

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your account.
• Withdraw KYC documents after any regulatory retention period.
