1. Challenge fees

Challenge fees are one-time payments for the evaluation service. A fee is refundable within 14 days of purchase provided no trade has been placed on the challenge account.

2. Fee-back on funding

On the Sentinel 2-Step program, your original challenge fee is refunded together with your first approved reward.

3. Resets

Discounted reset fees are non-refundable once the reset account is activated.

4. How to claim

Open a ticket from your dashboard's Support section with your order reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
